Katie Lakhanpal BSc (Hons) Nursing, RN
Meet Katie Lakhanpal, Co-Founder and Director of Estetica. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Level 5 teaching qualification, and has also completed her non-medical prescribing qualification.
As Clinical Lead, Katie is responsible for ensuring the training academy consistently upholds the highest standards of education and client care.
She leads the development of the academy’s curriculum, personally deciding which new courses are introduced and overseeing the creation and delivery of all online training programmes.
Katie is passionate about delivering excellence in education and is dedicated to equipping students with the most up-to-date knowledge, techniques, and skills required to succeed in the ever-evolving field of medical aesthetics.
Co-founder & Director
Suraj Lakhanpal LLB (Hons), LLM
Meet Suraj Lakhanpal, Co-Founder and Director of Estetica. Suraj holds an LLB in Law and a Master’s degree (LLM) in Commercial Law, with extensive experience working for leading organisations including Deloitte and Lloyds Banking Group in the City of London.
Suraj plays a key role within the training academy, specialising in the non-medical aspects of aesthetics.
His expertise covers areas such as insurance, business setup, legal compliance, informed consent, and the correct and lawful ordering of prescription-only medications.
In addition, Suraj leads the sales division at Estetica, driving business growth and supporting delegates in building successful, sustainable aesthetics practices.
Trainer
Chloe Rambini BSc (Hons) Midwifery, RM
Chloe is a qualified midwife with a strong passion for aesthetics. She completed her midwifery degree in 2018 and, at the same time, established her own successful aesthetics business in Redditch, which she now runs full-time.
Chloe trained in aesthetics at Estetica Training Academy in 2019, building a strong foundation in both fundamental and advanced treatments.
In addition to her clinical background, she has successfully completed her independent prescribing course, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive patient care.
She also holds a Level 3 qualification in teaching and is actively involved in delivering both foundation and advanced aesthetics training sessions.
Trainer
Jess Limburn BSc (Hons) Midwifery, RM
Jess is a Registered NMC Nurse who graduated from Bournemouth University in 2020. She also trained in aesthetics at Estetica Training Academy in 2020, building a strong foundation in both fundamental and advanced treatments.
Alongside her nursing career, Jess has successfully completed her independent prescribing course, further advancing her clinical expertise.
While working as a Midwife, she also established and runs her own successful aesthetics business in Southampton.
In addition to her clinical work, Jess holds a Level 3 qualification in teaching and is actively responsible for delivering both Foundation and Advanced training sessions for Estetica.
